Default spinning ice dc?

hey all, back for now after a little break. turned back the clock and went old school on one of my bards. worked up badlass as a str based, thf, pure human wc. i havnt run much in reaper and was wondering what a target dc would be to reliably land spinning ice in end game reaper content? lets say r1 atm, level 30 ish content. currently lev 30. stats: str 74, con 60, cha 60. unbuffed. running in fate singer w leg tactics twisted. what would be effective?

Badlass 20/10 Bard, Wc....Badlazz 20/10 Bard, Sb....Havnt got a clue 20/10 Bard SS....Slyfoxx 20/10 ranger dex/tempest....Stillgot no clue 20/10 ranger AA in limbo.....22 others, mostly mules.

Not at 30 atm, but a Frozen Fury of ~112 seemed to be highly effective in highish R.

So, R1, ~103 should be highly effective, without being no fail.

I haven't tested this specifically (they are observations from playing), so am just throwing some numbers out there, since no one else has.

thanks for responses.

i've been running the last two nights in groups to get a idea where i stand. unbuffed is currently at 91. +1 for yugo pot, +1 for ins. excellence, +1 reaper. so i went in at 94 and its seemed to hit about 50% of the time. duration didnt seem to matter as most mobs are dead quickly (leg. scorpion tail hits hard at 90 str!!).

I can redo fate singer and move 4 points from str to cha so another +2 and my reaper + will go up as i get more xp. where can i get more from? gear wise i have a +22 stun item and a +8 ins. stun item i crafted. what am i missing? how does combat mastery stack? i can respec stats a bit if needed as i put all my level ups into str.

so i drop str to 64, bump cha to 70 and im at 99 buffed in reaper.....help me with what i'm missing.

this character will be a thf level 20 human bard. that will not change. problem would be solved if i could use cha for dam on a two handed weap but i couldn't get that lucky!!

You haven't given whole build:
destiny feat tactician?
scion of the astral plane?
kta on pure or Devine presence on fvs splash
quality combat mastery
highest charisma insight quality profane exceptional bonus you can fit, yugo pot, rem pot, cha tome
same for int if you running kta but no yugo pots
echoes of fighter
guild ship

You don't need all of the above

KtA was the component i was missing. with a simple +8 augment to intel and the cha/str stat changes i mentioned above i am able to get my dc to 100 with a little drop in str. i'll try this as i settle on gear. current stats: str 68, con 60, cha 66. unbuffed. intel is 27 with 11 + 9 insight i can still add on. i'd be ok with dc of 110!! thanks again

NP.

If you reincarnate the character at some point, it might be worth looking at becoming int attack and damage and even reflex based (if you don't have access to FVS or PDK cha bonuses). You might find you can get higher numbers with int primary, cha secondary (and con), than being str based, where you now need str, cha, int, con, and perhaps dex. I haven't done the an int based character - just something to consider and run the numbers on, remembering it is hard to fit all the gear you want.

Anywho, 100 should be pretty good for R1.
